— What and why?

Our story

We have been working with children and sports since we were young and have gained experience in various institutions, clubs, camps, and other sports clubs. We have also lived abroad for several years, where we had the opportunity to learn different methods and approaches to working with children, and we continue to educate and develop in this area.

We are passionate about travel, discovery, and new challenges, not just in travel and sports. Most importantly, we love working with children because it gives us purpose. We decided to take our experience and go our own way, leading to the creation of the Kids On Track program.

We believe that early specialization is not healthy for children's development, so we built our program on three pillars: athletics, gymnastics, and ball games. This way, we aim to guide children on the right path and make sports part of their everyday life. The English name Kids On Track (children on the track or on the right path) comes from the incorporation of English into the program.

Sport is my lifestyle

-Martina Saulich-

I owe the basics of all sports to my parents, who encouraged me to stay active from a young age. Out of all the sports, I was most drawn to athletics, the queen of sports, and have been involved in it at a high-performance level for almost 15 years. I have earned many medals from the National Championship, particularly in long jump, and I have also represented my country at international competitions. My love for sports also led me to study FTVS and train children.

My licenses and experience:

  • graduate of FTVS UK (major TV-French)
  • one year of study at Claud Bernard University in Lyon, France
  • one year in the Comenius program in Málaga, Spain
  • a first-class athletics coach
  • a child and youth coach at ASK Slavia Prague
  • an IAAF Kid's athletics coach seminar in Tallinn
  • a UK athletics coach
  • an instructor at The Little Gym in the UK
  • a swimming instructor at the Junior Swimming School
  • a European Youth Athletics Forum in Barcelona
  • a co-founder of Kids On Track.

Sport should be fun

— Lukáš Saulich —

I'm an athlete through and through, PE teacher on top of that. During my studies in Denmark, I learned that sports should primarily be fun, especially for children. I confirmed this as a longtime instructor in the unique gymnastics program The Little Gym, first in Prague and then in London. I believe combining gymnastics, athletics, ball games, and fun is the best combination for a child's sports development.

My licenses and experience:

  • graduate of the Faculty of TV PedF UK
  • graduated from Gerlev PE and Sports Academy in Denmark
  • instructor of The Little Gym in Prague
  • instructor at The Little Gym in the UK
  • a climbing course on climbing walls
  • a current state diagnosis course, a resistance training course,
  • co-founder of Kids On Track.

V kurzu Kids On Track se snažím dětem dopřát pocit radosti, bezpečí a hlavně pořádnou porci zábavy.

Licence a zkušenosti:

  • absolvent PedF UK (obor I.st.ZŠ)
  • Instruktor lyžování
  • Instruktor Strolleringu
  • Kurz Základy lezení na lezeckých stěnách
  • Zdravotnický kurz
  • Trenérka dětí v ASK Slavia Praha
  • Pomocná trenérka SC JÚ Praha

— Filip Lazar —
