Athletics sessions

Kids On Track is a sports program for children from 4-12 years old, where children develop new skills and the potential of each individual to the maximum in terms of both sports and personality. Come and try our program at 4 locations in and around Prague!

Sports camps

We organize suburban summer multi-sport camps for children aged 5-14 in 3 different locations in Prague. The program includes traditional and non-traditional sports, and children can also look forward to a fun themed game, new friends and lots of fun!

Why Kids On Track?

Kids On Track is a sports program for children from 4-12 years old, where coaches try to build good movement habits in children and develop the potential of each individual to the maximum in terms of both sports and personality. Based on experience, we believe that early specialization in children is not healthy for their development, so we have developed a sports program that:

  • includes a non-violent form of teaching English through movement games.

  • teaches children social skills and soft skills important for life.

  • has a positive effect on children's self-esteem and builds a positive relationship with movement in children.

  • directs children to the right life and sports path so that they take sports as a part of everyday life in the future.

  • will give children good movement habits and inculcate in children the basics of athletic disciplines supplemented with gymnastic skills and ball games.

  • develops movement skills in a playful way , with an emphasis on the child's psychomotor development , so that the organism is not overloaded and the body shell is not damaged.

Athletics

Running, throwing and jumping are part of not only athletic disciplines, but form the movement basis of every sport. Athletics is an outdoor sport, and for children, movement outside in the fresh air is not only natural, but also healthy.

Gymnastika Gymnastics

Gymnastics not only helps to develop dexterity and improve range of motion. The mastery of gymnastic skills is reflected back into apparently simple locomotion movements such as walking or running, but also into other more complex movement skills.


Ball games

Ball games are a means of developing social skills as well as creating values ​​in accordance with fair play.

Integrated English

We combine movement with learning English (learning through movement), which enables children to easily learn a new language and expand their vocabulary effortlessly. Movement is a key element of human learning, which is why our program supports not only the physical but also the mental development of children.
